Completely renovated and very bright, the apartment is located in an old building in the Eixample district, a few steps from the famous Passeig de Gracia. The entrance to the building has a few steps before reaching the elevator. The apartment is located in the interior part of the building, so it is very quiet to rest and thanks to its large windows it offers sunlight throughout the day.
The apartment has 82m2 divided into separate spaces that offer privacy for its guests. Entering through the spacious hall we arrive at the kitchen fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hob, toaster, kettle and Nespresso coffee machine. The dining room has a modern table with chairs, while the spacious and modern living room has a comfortable sofa, a puff and a large plasma TV, ideal for relaxing after a busy day in the city. The two bathrooms have been renovated and have a shower cabin. The apartment has three bedrooms, one with a double bed and wardrobes, another double bedroom with two single beds and large wardrobes. The third bedroom has a single bed and also has its closet. In the additional space next to the bedrooms there is a single bed for the sixth guest.
